Bacc Week One: Chance

Two updates in one day?! It's been a boring day, so this won't be a normal thing. But here's the next
update of week one, the Chance family.
Missed an update?
I'm trying to do a BACC, so I installed the AntiRegency and the NoTownieRegen mods then created my neighborhood. I still got a welcome wagon though. Do I have the wrong mods installed or did I totally mess up? I figured I should stop before I get too far into this challenge. Thanks!
